Creating Your Website

If you honour us by accepting our quotation, we ask for a 50% deposit. Once that has been received, we request the draft content of your pages - text and images in digital form.

Website Development

In order for us to promptly design the best website that showcases your business, a dynamic relationship should exist between us.

The Development Window

We allocate a 'development window' for your website design which is a period of 4 weeks when your website receives priority treatment. We cannot guarantee content received after will get priority because of pressure from incoming commissions. We advise clients to prepare their content before the development window opens. Websites are delivered typically within two weeks.

Experience has taught us that websites developed seamlessly during the development window are far more effective than those that take longer to complete.

Procedure

Simply, you 'request' and we 'oblige'. Should we have queries related to your request which might compromise your website, we contact you and you can decide.

We create the layout, apply the HTML code, add the skin to the website (look and feel), create the pages and add the content. We edit the content to boost readability, comprehension and search engine profile. We also improve your graphics for speed and effect.

When the draft website is ready, we publish it to one of our servers for your comment and we apply any changes. When the website is complete, we ask for the balance of the payment and publish the website for testing and to check its functionality.

Our Terms

Deposits are non-refundable. If there are considerable delays (i.e. months) in submitting content, we reserve the right to adjust the quotation. And, while we are more than happy to oblige our clients as far as is possible, additional work not specifically stated on our quotation may be invoiced separately.
